Integra Client & Server
Integra is a large and very customisable "Case managment system" by which we mean a system that allows the creation of jobs or cases against a hierarchy of business objects, automates and guides the resolution of the incident through a number of pre-defined business processes, and tracks the action and costs associated with processing that job.
For our property managment customers it means recording or scheduling jobs against their client's properties, assigning engineers to fix assets, tracking the movement of stock from warehouses or suppliers, printing out job cards, purchase orders and invoices and writing standard letters to tenants.
For our financial customers it means the automatic creation of cases in response to received emails or scanned letters, progressing the customer's case through a carefully auditted and cross referenced business process, with context sensitive links to the document managment backend, in-built calculators, accounts integration and the automatic generation of version controlled letter templates.
For those of our customers who just use it as an IT helpdesk, it is a best of breed tool that tracks corporate assets such as laptops and PCs and individual software licences with their expiry dates. With its in-built knowledge base, parts requisitioning module and desktop audit, it competes favourably with products limitied to this scope.
Integra is a microsoft approved development and Inesol's flagship product. It has won several awards, mostly from the property management industry who are the product's primary market.
